Retail
Habit gym
Expansion of the current gym including an entire new floor complete with offices and board room, gym area and reception.
Sadal Hair salon – The Terrace
We were involved right from the start, three tenants vacated and the space was demolished to suit this tenant including a new ground floor distribution board. A new ceiling incorporated our lighting design followed by a design and build electrical fit out to bring things to life.
Flight Centre – 280 Lambton Quay
We are Flight Centers preferred supplier in the Wellington area and have travelled as far as Napier and Hastings to deliver them new store builds.Recently we completed the electrical fit out for the biggest Flight Centre in Wellington. A tight time frame but we delivered a high-quality project on time and we are always very proud to work closely with the Flight Centre team.
Lonely
This was a really exciting project as the client had very high standards that they wanted to achieve. We worked closely with them to ensure this turned exactly as they wished with very high end fixtures and finishers. The final product is absolutely that – a high quality project.
Hospitality
Crab Shack – Shed 5
Demolition of the Shed 5 Bar area and the creation of a new restaurant including new full kitchen. A short timeframe and a fantastic delivery.
Shed 5 Refurbishment – Queens Wharf
Creation of a new private dining room and refurbishment of the Green Room bar and dining area. Shed 5 only wanted to be closed for a short time and didn’t want any of the old charm of the restaurant to be compromised. Health ands safety was a huge priority with Queens Wharf always busy with public.
Office
Office Refurbishment and Landlord Base Build Works
Many projects involving outgoing tenants or landlords wishing to wipe the slate clean for best presentation of a space. We can easily design and build the entire electrical project or work with engineers.
Signage
Dimension Data Naming Rights Signage – Pencarrow House, Willeston Street
A project that required nerves of steel – many hours spent on a swinging stage 16 floors above the Wellington water front. Removal of outgoing naming rights signage and sub contract painters to repair. Receive signage from manufacturers and affix to building facade as per building consent documentation. We were also contracted to undertake removal and make good at the conclusion of the naming rights period.
